Well, what do you expect to get for 35 bucks? A grand desk with high-quality wood? This desk is cheap for a reason- simply because the high quality is low-cost. Putting this desk together, I managed to ding up the wood (it is not even wood, it is partical board) adequate to ruin the finish, pop a dent into the best (because the boards are so thin) and can only manage to hold my laptop and also a couple of folders without becoming off-set. I don't know why I was fooled to thing this was a steal buy, simply because you fairly much are just buying the wood.
